1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fallship ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Fallship LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

Fallship is a commerce intelligence platform that provides product search, price comparison, trend analysis, and store intelligence across publicly available e-commerce data. The Service is offered as a subscription-based SaaS product with Free and paid tiers.

3. Subscription Tiers

Free: Limited access at no cost, including up to 25 searches per day and 1 API key.

Starter: Paid monthly subscription with expanded access, including 200 searches per day, 3 API keys, and additional features such as product alternatives, competitor analysis, store profiles, price history, and AI-powered product verdicts.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained through the Service without prior written consent. Automated access beyond your tier's rate limits is prohibited.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The product data provided by the Service is sourced from publicly available information.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Fallship LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
