Fallship LLC ("we", "us") operates the Fallship commerce intelligence platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: Email address, password hash, and subscription status when you register.

Usage data: API requests, search queries, and feature usage for rate limiting and analytics.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details.

Waitlist: If you join our waitlist, we store your email address to notify you at launch.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• Send service-related communications
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Processors

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Hetzner — Infrastructure hosting (EU/Germany)
• SendGrid — Transactional email

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Merchant Data

Product data displayed on Fallship is sourced from publicly available e-commerce storefronts. We do not collect personal information about store owners. Merchants may request removal of their store data by contacting legal@fallship.com. Requests are processed within 72 hours.
